Policies for your stay
Please note that pets are not allowed in "La Petite France" in order to maintain the tranquil atmosfere of our hosts.
Smokers are welcomes but we kindly ask that they do so on the terrace.
When making a reservation, a 30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non refundable.
The deposit will be done through Paypal at the time of confirmation. You will receive via mail all the details for the deposit. Please note that Paypal is free of charge and secure and allows anyone with an email address to make a deposit.
The outstanding amount must be paid upon arrival in cash with one of the following currencies; USD, Euros or Mexican pesos. The amount can also be paid via Paypal. We do not accept travellers checks, personal checks or credit cards.
When making your reservation you will have the option of booking transportation from the airport to our property, when available. Please indicate should this be required (cost: $20 usd per person).
At "La Petite France" we have bicycles for your use. A deposit at the time of using them is required and will be refunded upon returning the bicycle In proper conditions.
For monthly rental, electricity and air conditionned are not included. It will be charged before your departure.
